ITHACA’s first regional workshop on “Transnational migration from Morocco to Italy and Spain” has been held in and hosted by the Real Instituto Elcano in Madrid on the 18th of September, 2015. The Italian, Spanish and Moroccan research teams of the ITHACA Project have presented findings from the research conducted in the three countries. The workshop aimed at exploring drivers and obstacles to transnational mobility as well as the various levels at which transnational mobility and integration intersect. The workshop has included a round table with Moroccan scholars, stakeholders and transnational migrants.
