Trade in the 21st Century: Back to the Past? – New Book

Our Global Economics team is pleased to announce the publication by the Brookings Institution Press of a co-edited volume, ‘Trade in the 21st Century: Back to the Past?’. The volume brings together papers by leading economists who reflect on the drivers of changes in trade and trade policy and the prospects for a return to multilateral cooperation to address trade conflicts. The editors, Bernard Hoekman and Ernesto Zedillo, reflect on some of the messages emerging from the contributions in this interview in the Los Angeles Review of Books.
