Our Global Economics team is pleased to announce the publication by the Brookings Institution Press of a co-edited volume, ‘Trade in the 21st Century: Back to the Past?’. The volume brings together papers by leading economists who reflect on the drivers of changes in trade and trade policy and the prospects for a return to multilateral cooperation to address trade conflicts.
