Tomás Rogaler Wilson

Biography

Tomás Rogaler is a Research Associate with the EUI Digital Trade Integration Project. He holds a Master’s degree in International Strategy and Trade Policy from the Institute of International Studies at the University of Chile.

Tomás has extensive experience working as a consultant for leading international organisations, including the United Nations Economic Commissions for Latin America and the Caribbean (UN-ECLAC) and Africa (UN-ECA), the World Economic Forum (WEF), and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

His research focuses on the intersection of digital trade and public policy, contributing to global discussions on trade integration and regulatory frameworks.
