Biography

Elena Torta joined the Programme in April 2016. After graduating in Communications Sciences at the University of Siena in 1998, she moved to Brussels where she worked for different international organisations, such as the European Commission, Médecins Sans Frontières and Science Europe. Over time she combined her professional skills as editor, press officer, web manager and communications advisor with her passion for both research and human rights.
