Research Associate at the European University Institute, Caterina Francesca Guidi is an expert in analysis and modelling of quantitative data. Her research interests are mainly concentrated on the European welfare and health systems changes due to the mobility and integration of migrants. Prior to joining the GlobalStat team in 2013, she has also worked in several II.OO. and NGOs in Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Serbia and Spain, dealing mainly with public health and migration issues. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Siena (Italy), a MSc degree in Development Economics (University of Florence) and a BSc degree in Law and Economics (University of Bologna).
