This two-day conference brought together leading scholars, practitioners and representatives of European and US business. Speakers have presented papers on different dimensions of the challenges posed by differences in regulatory regimes across Atlantic in pursuing deeper integration of the EU and US economies, and assessed alternative options and past experience with alternative approaches, both in the EU context and more generally.
