Organiser: Bernard Hoekman

This was a conference on EU-Asia trade and investment policy research, that brought together scholars from China, Japan, Korea and the EU, who have been presenting papers on trade agreements and related issues associated with international cooperation. The second day of the conference centred on a roundtable discussion of representatives of research institutes and think tanks that were members of the Asia-EU Trade Policy Network. This was supported by the Trade Policy Research Network, co-managed by the EUI and the World Trade Institute, Bern.
